Altaris Advisory Ltd is an independent consultancy established to provide Principal Designer services under CDM 2015 and complementary CDM advisory support. Our approach has been shaped by experience of managing commercial properties, projects, delivery teams and the practical realities of building works.
We believe professional CDM coordination should be proactive, proportionate and easy for project teams to engage with.

Our advertised statutory appointment is Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Altaris does not currently offer BRPD services. Other professional services are discussed and agreed separately.
